10x20 inches, colored india ink pigments (Micron pens with graphic, brush, 01, and 05 tips) on illustration board. To be completed with watercolors!
This one might look familiar to most of you! I've decided to redo my Ladies of the Months series in traditional media instead because I find the process for this kind of work so much easier to do in watercolor and ink than with a digital tablet. You'll notice a few small changes here and there from the original concept.
It will also be nice to have something to show at galleries that don't allow digital work. You'll be able to see this painting (and hopefully three more of the Ladies!) in person at DragonCon's art show this year!
