After being surrounded by such great painters as

during the days before Dragon Con, I was inspired to try my hand at watercolors again after many years away from the medium. I'm happy to see I haven't lost it completely. I must also say that the animation of the Firebird suite from Fantasia 2000 also played a big part in this. It's absolutely gorgeous imagery. See it if you haven't!
