Song of Exile Cover - Preliminary Drawing

Just a sneaky peek of my current portfolio painting since I've been a little quiet around here (small paintings aside)!  This is the preliminary drawing done in white color pencil and ballpoint pen on tinted paper for a practice book cover for a novel that doesn't exist (yet!).  Featuring Ramah, one of my original characters.  You can read more about him over at Song-of-Exile.

To be finished off digitally!  I'm excited to get cracking with this painting again. It's been on the backburner for months now!
